  Truly awful.
  
  Not only did they fail to fix my strimmer but they were very rude. The owner phoned me at work angrily saying that the machine was a piece of **** that he was "not prepared to spend the next three years of his life looking at it".
  
  Another garden machinery guy fixed the strimmer quickly and it is now running fine.
  
  I accept the fact that they didn't know what was wrong with it, although I would have thought small 4 stroke engines should be bread and butter to a garden machinery repair shop. The real irritant was the attitude.
